Deep Waves is a monthly 5Rhythms dance gathering (3rd or 4th Sat) ~ an evening of movement, meditation, embodied ceremony, celebration, and community connection. Dancing Waves of the 5Rhythms, we practice the art of being fully alive in the present moment, to all that moves through us. Come dive into your own deep dance, with a tribe of other dancing seekers of the sacred. Come reSource, come release, come ride the Wave! All movement experience welcome.
