Given time, space and encouragement ~
What stories might sing through us?
What poems might breathe from these bones?
What messages might these muscles speak?
What embodied wisdom is waiting to be awakened?
5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement meditation practice - a map to reconnect with an innate spectrum of body expression. There are no steps to follow in this improvisational movement methodology. Instead, we show up, tune in and move what is alive in us. This dance is the dance of remembering. Of returning. Of allowing something deeper to move us.
Let’s tap in to this messy marvel of life. Let’s get down, kick it, soul seek, sweat induce, dance dive, bust a move and meditate our muscles. Let’s discover what holds us back and what calls us towards more embodied living. Every body, and all movement experience is welcome.

Classes within this series will build upon each other, allowing for continuity and depth of learning. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. For those who are unable to participate in the full series, there may be limited drop-in spaces available, if the series does not reach capacity with pre-registered dancers. Please email the week you are planning to drop-in, to check if there is space.
