God, Sex & The Body Workshop COVID Policy
* All participants will be required to complete a Rapid Antigen Test (also known as a "lateral flow test" in some countries) within the 2 hrs prior to arriving at the workshop venue on Thurs Nov 10. Participants will be asked to confirm verbally at the registration desk, that they have tested negative.
*If participants have not yet tested before arriving on site, they will be provided with a rapid antigen test to complete before they will be admitted onto the dance floor.
* Rapid Antigen Tests are currently being provided for free to the public in Ontario, at many grocery stores and drug stores. Please use this locator tool, to find out where you can get a package of free rapid tests: https://www.ontario.ca/rapid-test-locator
* We will be following Toronto's current Public Health Guidelines. Please click HERE for TPH’s Screening Tool for COVID-19 & Other Respiratory Viruses & Isolation Guidelines.
* Masks optional
* All levels of vaccination welcome.
If you get sick during the workshop
If you develop cold/flu symptoms during the workshop, please notify the following people ASAP via text/WhatsApp:

You will be asked to stay home, to rapid test, and to follow Toronto Public Health Guidelines regarding how long to stay home. Please reference TPH’s Screening Tool for COVID-19 & Other Respiratory Viruses.
If you test positive for COVID-19, you will be asked to stay home until you have tested negative on two rapid antigen tests, 24 hrs apart.
If you have tested negative for COVID-19, and your symptoms have been improving for 24-48 hrs, then you may return to the workshop wearing a well-fitted mask, as per TPH guidelines.
Amrita (wellness coordinator) will check in with you to see if you need any support to access medicine or food, while you are ill.
COVID Refund Policy
If you must cancel your place in the workshop up to 48 hrs prior to the workshop, due to testing positive for COVID, or a known exposure to COVID, then we will offer you a refund for your workshop fees less a $50 processing fee.
If you test positive for COVID during the first 2 days of the workshop, we will offer you a 50% refund.
If you test positive for COVID after the first 2 days of the workshop, refunds will be on a case by case basis.
If we need to cancel/postpone our workshop, then we will refund participants 100% of their workshop fees. Please note that we are not able to cover any costs incurred by participants for transportation or accommodations, so please organize your travel and travel insurance with this in mind.
