(Co)Motion ~ The Dance of Relationship to Self, Other, and Collective

Curious about my workshop/class series that explores relationships through movement? This post is for you!

(Co)Motion ~ The Dance of Relationship to Self, Other, and Collective might be relevant (and/or revolutionary ;-) for you if -

You crave connection with yourself, and want to learn how to:
Ignite more internal curiosity/not get lost in outer distractions
Move through self consciousness
Shift an over-absorption with your self on the dance floor
Shift an over-absorption with others, and remember how to return to your own moving centre.

This is for you if -
You crave connection with others, and want to explore how to:
Initiate/end a partner dance
Say yes/no to another dancer wanting to partner with you
Partner while shy/tired/sad/feeling any other emotion you notice gets in the way of you connecting with others
Read physical cues from others more sensitively
Send physical cues more clearly/confidently
Drop the need to perform, and remember all you need to do is just be yourself, as you are, in motion.

This is for you if-
You crave a sense of connection within groups and you want to feel:
More able to handle feeling triggered by what’s happening in the group field
Heightened capacity for group awareness
Centred within yourself when you connect with the broader collective.

This is for you if-
You crave a sense of connection to something larger than yourself, beyond the human levels of relationship, and want to explore how to:
Remember our innate symbiosis with the natural world
Resource from a deeper well of connection that is accessible when we awaken our body/heart/mind/soul/spirit
Open up an intuitive, ancient, soulful knowing.

(Co)Motion is for you if you want to learn more about your relational go-to’s, blindspots, and gifts.
